This week a friend of mine send me an e-mail that I would like to share with you.
Arthritis patients may take daily, morning and night, one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. If taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured...

Thursday, March 06, 2008 at 11:30 PMHi Hollybgroovin,
What was your mother-in-law trying to cure with this mixture?
If it was RA and she's having such good results why are you not sticking with it until you get results (good or bad) at least you could say that you tried it. It is much cheaper and healthier than all the drugs the doctor will prescribe.
I'm not saying this in a mean way...or a sarcastic way either. I don't even know if it works.
Please be patient and give yourself a chance, what have you got to loose... the pain, the misery and who knows you may get your life back.
We found a natural product that is helping my husband, if you would like to know about it send me an e-mail and I'll tell you all about it.
Take care,
Chantal

Friday, March 07, 2008 at 11:28 AMChantal, I feel I should explain. I have diagnosed for 3 years, had severe pain for 5 years, and the doctors think I have had RA for over 13 years now. A year ago I still felt hopeless. When my mother-in-law introduced me to this remedy I was still at the phase where I felt that if the medications won't work, then why would anything else. My life has changed drastically in this last year and I no longer feel this way as I take my medications and a nice group of supplements as well. I would definitely be willing to give the honey and cinnimon another try as well as any other natural remedy you might know of. Now I am always looking for something to help. Oh, and my mother-in-law was using this remedy for the inflammation in my cervical spine. Best wishes!

Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 06:56 AMI haven't heard of that ''remedy'' but I do take half a teaspoon of bicarb of soda in a glass of water each day to help relieve gout pain in my big toe. It's supposed to work by reducing the acid in your body. I can say for me it does make me feel better. The other natural treatment I use is these fir therapy gloves which ease the soreness in my arthritic hands & fingers. I couldn't even use my computer or turn a door handle before but now the pain is much better & my fingers aren't all distorted. My daughter got them for me & I am feeling much better because they are warming & supportive.

Honey and Cinnamon Remedy
Melissa Juwale
Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 12:07 AMI have had RA for about 2 years and have been on this remedy since about the first of April 2008. So far it is not having dramatically improving my condition. Because I have good days and bad days it's hard to know for sure if it is working. I have this finger however that can not bend all the way. I figure that a sure way to know if this really works is if I can regain full mobility in this finer. I'll give it until May and see. I'm afraid of the harsh meds that doctors prescribe for this disease, so I'm willing to try almost anything natural.
Hope this helps.

Honey and cinnamon for arthritis pain
Vicki Sharp
Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 01:58 PMChantal:
I have been using the honey and cinnamon for 2 months and have been amazed at the change! My pain has gone away and I am moving better than I have in 2 years. I am only 52 but as a Cardiac Cath Lab nurse for 34 years, I have really messed up my ankles from all the years of standing on hard tile floors wearing 15 lbs lead aprons for radiation protection. I have the joint changes in my fingers so the arthritis was beginning to win. My doctor put me on Mobic(anti-inflammatory) with little relief. When I was told by another nurse about the honey and cinnamon, I felt I had nothing to lose trying it. I am now off my Mobic and just on the honey and cinnamon. What a difference and I love the taste of the drink. I would suggest local natural honey just for the better flavor. The honey I bought in the store (processed) the flavor was not as good. Good luck and I hope you're results are as good as mine!
