Taurine: 2g three times a day or 3g twice a day.  Level 5ml scoop loosely filled is 3g.  (Because - nobody eats fish 5 times a week, unless your from Scandinavia. - Our most likely ancestry via York I would suggest)

ZMA:  Three Tablets (3 x 500mg patented blend)  On empty stomach, best of all with Vitamin C (3,000mg effervescent tablets. Note: Use low calcium water, not from the tap if it has more calcium per litre than milk, like ours).  Hour or more after food before bed.  (Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6)

Mega Cissus:  2 capsules daily.  1 before breakfast, 1 before bed.

MSM Glucosamine & Chondroitin:  1 capsule 3 times a day with food.

Sanatogen A-Z Complete: 1 Tablet a day.  Only to ensure other trace vitamins and minerals though doubles up on some with the above.

Brazil Nuts, Peanuts and Hazel Nuts.  Good sources of B vitamins, but also probably contain those missing traces of things missed out in precise studies.
