Magnesium, Vitamin D and Sunshine
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, but after discovering the exact symptoms of calcific tendonitis and realising this was exactly what I had suffered, I intensely studied calcium in the body. After finding the explanation of the role of magnesium in calcium transport and studying how pseudo-gout could cause the levels of CRP, RF and ESR in my blood I cured my joint pain in 5 days. By the time I could see my doctor for more blood tests my CRP, RF and ESR levels were back down to normal. I still take the magnesium and have not suffered any other joint pain for a year, except for wear and tear cruciate ligament pain in my knee. My heart palpitations have stopped and I have returned to my cycling fitness regime. I realise I am an exception, but I'm sure there are more like me in your group. I can pretty much can explain all the whys and wherefores of how this built up in my from the age of 12, and how the excessive exercise with a bad diet plus alcohol brought this on in the past 15 to 20 years. (I can safely say I am not an alcoholic though.)
