I know what you mean, i have been thinking about my fatigue , i have RA an DJD an in august an september an october i was so very  fatigued all the time, i think for me it was my body was at war with it self, But to deal with it you just got to do the best you can an rest an sleep when you can. i felted like a zombie alot the time which i would sleep 10 to 11 hours in a day an then want to sleep more ,I dont know if you have RA or any other disorder but they can wipe you out  before an during a flare,

. I often have the problem of feeling asleep all day and awake at night. I think part of it is that I feel best in the evening and part of me doesn't  want to give that up just to ache through another day again.

Hi, Nana,

I think fatigue is one of the worst things RAers have to deal with on a daily basis.  I know that the more my joints hurt, the more fatigued I am.  Flares bring on crushing fatigue.  I'm thinking it must be linked to the level of inflammation in our bodies.  You might want to check with your doc, though.  Have you been tested for anemia?  I, too, feel much better in the evening.  Mornings are the pits.  I should go to bed earlier, but ya know.........
