I'm looking forward to several of these posts, Lene, especially the one about sleep apnea. I am fighting that myself, and am ready for some tips. So far, a mouth guard helps quite a bit. Not realy ready for a sleep study and a cpap machine. I am too busy playing w/my new ride!

I think there's a step between nothing and a cpap machine. My sister-in-law had a contraption for her face that didn't involve the machine aspect, but made her look a bit like an elephant (I've never seen it, this is her words). She said it was fairly easy to get used to and seemed helpful, as well

Thanks, Brad. I might do that. After I get thru with the cardiologist. Sigh. They did an EKG at my PCPs office this week and now they are sending me for an echocardiogram. Never stops!
