    Just wanted to say thanks for offering your wisdom -- it's spot on. I'm 36 and have had RA for 11 years and I have recently been attempting to do a better job of respecting my disease (like you mention in your first post), while working within its limits -- most of the time. :-) I look forward to reading more of your posts!
