Hi Lene
I am new to this group, and am more impressed with the postings I read each day. Your "Following the Creed" article is excellent and so true. I am a Physical Therapist and was diagnosed with RA three years ago. With my background, I am well aware of the importance of exercise, and have been trying to follow the demands that I dished out for thirty years as a P.T.
Tomorrow, when I finish my daily walking and swimming routine I am going to build a podium in my back yard. Who knows, I may even pull that old citronella candle torch out of the basement and stomp out some "five ring" crop circles in the field next door.
Thank you for sharing your writing gift.
