I just got a set of the Provocraft Ergonomic Crochet Hooks, and I love them!. I had been hearing how much crochet and knitting help with RA in the hands, to give more exercise, but I was never able to do it because my hands got so stiff so fast. I saw these online and talked to a couple of people who had used them and bought them. I've had great luck, so if you want to crochet, but have trouble, these might be a good option. There kinda pricey, but if you find a 50% off coupon for your local craftstore, you would end up spending about 10.00 for 6 hooks with two different kinds of handles. They were designed by someone with MS. Good luck and happy crafting!!
