I am 43 and a proud Mother of 3 beautiful daughters and a Granmother of 2 perfect little grandsons. I work full time and have been living with RA since my early 20's but probably most severely since 02-03'and have most recently I have been trying to change my lifestyle and become healthier for myself and my children. Any thoughts and tips are welcome. It's great to find people who can relate!!
