      <description>I&amp;nbsp;have been on methotraxate for 4years,but for the last 3months joints have been really inflamed and Iam also now taking a mild steroid. My condition hasn&amp;#39;t improved does this mean the methotraxate is no longer working,and perhaps I need to change my medication any advice greatly received</description>
