Non-stop pain

I'm dealing with a lot of pain, I have Ra that was diagnosed 6 months, and I also have Fibromyalgia.  I'm on methotrexate, folic acid, andEnbrel which I'm not sure is helping.   Plus the drug store I'm dealing with didn't have any percocet and they were giving me an attitude.  I've dealt with these people for years.  I'm not cutting the perocect in half and it's not helping!   I've been dealing with thinning hair, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a reaction to medication that would cause this?  I'm new to this site, and I'm not sure I'm doing this right, please tell me if I'm not.
