Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 01:20 PMAre you seeing a Rheumatologist? Do you take anything that slows or stop the progession of the disease, possibly putting it in remission? I do believe I am in remission with just 8 weeks on Methotrexate. My doctor asked me not to work out until we had the pain under control. Maybe you are hurting your joints.

I was diagnosed when I was 22 I am now 39 I have two children one is adopted there are some wonderfull meds that will help you just do not be afraid of side effects becasue they are nothing compared to what you will live with if you do not take your meds. Embrell changed my life one injection a week I can run do step aerobics and I work part time on my feet all day on bad days I take my pain pills and go. I se a reumtalogist about once every three months and I aggresively treat my arthritis. Educate your self and you will be back in your feet soon Please take every medications that your dr. suggest. Your family deserves that.
