I have been there in that grocery store hanging on to the cart for dear life because I was (am) too embarrased to used something to help me like that. on my very bad says it's bad enough the looks a get while getting in one of those automatic carts.. they look at this 34 year old and you know what they are thinking and even if they arent you think that are and thats bad enough. I am still trying to get over the feeling. But i have to say I am proud of you
YOu rock!!!
I hope i can get half as brave as you im still new to this but it will come soon.
