I know I have read several posts on here where others are trying other things besides the darn harsh medications they want to prescibe to SLOW ra down. This weekend was San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon. Before Ra I was a person that did nothing in the way of exercise. Running was regression in my eyes, with cars and bikes why run?
