Useful pain management device

It finally ocurred to me that all the "Koolit" refrigerant packs that come with my Enbrel have a daily use. I keep some in the refrigerator and some in the freezer both at home at at work and use them to cool my fevered joints and head. They are much more comfortable and less messy than bags of frozen peas.

Injections...?

My rheumy has suggested I consider starting injections ? which I am apt to start. Its getting to the point I know I have to do something about my aching joints. Enbrel and Alchohol

Ok my peeps, talk to me! I'm off the arava and mtx, my hairloss was clogging the vacuum. (Wish I was joking....!?!) I'm now on my second week of Enbrel. Can't claim I've experienced a miracle yet.
