Alcohol is sposta reduce the chance of RA??

The latest studies say that alcohol consumption can reduce the chance of getting rhuematiod arthritis. Yea right says who?? I admit i like a drink or 2 or 3 or more and have done for all of my adult life (in 40). Yawn, but to no avail...

I need to vent, I hurt!!!

Hello,   I just wanted to vent alittle today, I hurt!!!! My whole body is in pain today. I haven't had this bad of a FLARE for a month. I can't walk on my feet only on my heels. Find a rheumatologist who cares to help more

Hi Everyone: I have had RA since October of 1990 and am now in constant pain somewhere (small of back, general feeling of illness and exhaustion) and wish I had an MD who seemed to inspire me to keep going on, things might get better, etc. There are only 2 rheumatolgists in my immediate and the other one is ready to retire.
