diet to reduce symptoms
Has anyone tried a glutten free diet and found some symptom relief. I've been dx with RA for 4 years and now have just started with Methotrexate. I have my concerns about the drug, but I can not function well with the pain. any comments?

How do you deal with others lack of understanding?
I have had RA for about 8 years now and I am 43 years old. My RA is progressing and the further along it goes, the further away my family pulls. cinnamon & honey
I am a pain in the neck,[really] I have recentley found out that a teaspoon of cinnamon & desert spoon of honey in a cup of boiling water helps Ra has anybody tried it .{was also told not to take cinnamon with blood preasure pills I dont take these}- Font size
