Traveling with Humira?

My daughter is going to England in January for a semester to study.  Has anyone ever done this and been on Humira?  Any suggestions from anyone would be helpful.  Trying to get it to England is expensive and has been difficult so far.  Thank you.

diet to reduce symptoms

Has anyone tried a glutten free diet and found some symptom relief.  I've been dx with RA for 4 years and now have just started with Methotrexate.  I have my concerns about the drug, but I can not function well with the pain.  any comments?

How do you deal with others lack of understanding?

cinnamon & honey

I am a pain in the neck,[really] I have recentley found out that a teaspoon of cinnamon & desert spoon of honey in a cup of boiling water helps Ra has anybody tried it .{was also told not to take cinnamon with blood preasure pills I dont take these}
