Osteoporosis

I am (almost) 45 years old and have been just diagnosed with osteoporosis.  I don't see the Dr until Monday, and she said she wants to start me on a treatment plan right away.  Anyone out there with this???Can you share experience, meds. PLease

sister diseases

I am new here, I dont clinically have RA, but I do have Lupus.Is this a forum for lupus? or would the chronic pain site be better suited?I am a bit surprised that HealthCentral does not have a specific Lupus site on here.Thanks

have you experienced

I recently started taking 15mg of methotrexat a week, last night I had one beer and my face started to burn, as if it was on fire.  Has any one else eperience this? Thanks Marysol

What do I do with my pain

I've been without medicine for the last 3 months the pais is terrible every morning I wake up and I can't move my neck my shoulders I can't move them, I will like to try something natural, any suggestions?

prognosis for the future

My 20 year old daughter was diagnosed on Friday with RA.  We are totally devastated.  Her doctor wouldn't give me a straight answer as to her future.  Her fingers are swollen and she is currently working toward being a dentist.  Is this going to be too much for her.  Should she change her field before she gets any... Read moreChevron
