ANY LUCK WITH ACUPUNCTURE

i am interested in knowing if anyone has had any luck with chiropractic and acupuncture for pain and stiffness of RA. i have been going to a chiropractor prior to diagnosis of RA with some relief--many people have suggested acupuncture. went 2x--the first time seemed to help and the 2nd time seemed worse!! any comments or... Foot and ankle stiffness

I was diagnosed with RA almost 3 years ago. Over the last 6 months or so, my feet and ankles are stiff, painful and unable to bear weight when I wake up or if I'm sitting for a while . painless rheumatoid arthritis

I don't really know what to say because everyone here is living with the same disease and pain I have.
