Alternative Treatment

I know I have read several posts on here where others are trying other things besides the darn harsh medications they want to prescibe to SLOW ra down. But right now for me the side effects to those medications are worse then the disease. I am now looking into alternative ways to fight RA and treat the simptoms? Any ideas and sugggestions are... Monday morning...

Depression-Is there light out there?

I am beginning to wonder if my thyroid isnt a main culprit in so many of my problems. Lately, i am so depressed i can't see the light of day, and to be honest I DONT REALLY CARE.
