How do you like Rituxan, or Orencia, Actimra or Cimzia as a treatment for RA?

I have been on Remicade for 7 years now and it is no longer working for me.  My doctor and I have been discussing switching to either Rituxan, Orencia (which can be done immediately) or short term Actimra or Cimzia.  I am interested in hearing your experiences and thoughts about these new drugs.
