Ra & lupus

I had quadruple bypass surgery 6 years ago and now I am showing positive labs for RA & Lupus, I have tried Plaquinil but can not take it because I develop a hugh rash after being on it for about 2 weeks (generic & brand name) this also happens with almost every medicine that I am prescribed, even antibotics.
