I know now how it must feel to be shot

Friday I woke up in the worst pain ever. My husband had to get me out and back into bed. Today is Tuesday and I still cannot move my right arm without absolute ripping, tearing pain. How do you communicate your pain w/o complaining?

My hubby and I are trying to talk about limits and capabilities.  As you know, they change!   I don't wanna be a complainer!
