Comfort Tip for RA in the morning

I was just diagnosed with RA. Pain is at its worse in the morning. I moved my craftmatic bed back into my bedroom. It makes it so much easier to get out of bed with the least pain. Moving around early in the morning, a little exercise, coffee, breakfast and meds help me get my motor running.

I Finally Got The Point .....My Summer Vacation (Part 2)

Ok ... let me see ... where did I leave off ...   Oh yes ... I Finally Got The Point .....My Summer Vacation ....
