Biological meds and headaches

I'm on my second biological med since April (Enbrel first, now Cimzia). When I first started Enbrel I would get headaches periodically. Not the R-word but some good news....and a question/ about the emotional side of RA

Allow me to share some good news.  Just got some blood test results, and for the first time, my neutrophils are on the low end of normal (they're the inflammatory white blood cells...).   It's good for RA, yet I wouldn't want them to go any lower (because they also protect against bacterial infection)!   and this is 7 days... Read moreChevron

Injections...?

My rheumy has suggested I consider starting injections ? which I am apt to start. Its getting to the point I know I have to do something about my aching joints. I have another concern

Hi,  I have another concern that i have been trying to not think about...and that is that i am a smoker...cigerrette's that is! And i wonder if anyone else out there is on the biologic's and smoking? Can you smoke right away after the biologic-Remicade? Or do you have to wait a while or what?
