methotrexate

Has anyone experienced horrid side effects from methotrexate? I was on it for awhile and it made me bruise everywhere. Also, after taking it, I felt like I had the flu for days. Trigger Point Muscle Pain

Does anyone out there experience trigger point muscle pain? Around my hips, thighs and lower back I have areas that are so sore to just push against.
