You can think again for great moment's

So open to the sky and everthing just turned smaller,diffrent,not good,and the negative disissions were happening again even and my sickness got worse expected I suppose but help was there to give me a better life from a mental illness.

what to do?

I currently am living with bipolar. I'm on 100mg of lamical and 10mg of celexa. Chronic daily migraines turn into something else...
