INSURANCE DOSEN'T WANT TO PAY ANYMORE

I WAS PUT ON DISABLITY IN JAN.05, DOCTORS TRIED A COUPLE OF THINGS TO IMPROVE MY PAIN CONTROL WITHOUT ANY LUCK.
