pain came back worse
i started the enbrel shot a little over a month ago, i am still on the meth. just a few days after my first shot i felt better, and after the second shot i felt even better yet! man was i happy! so i stoped the steroids and for the past two weeks i have felt great... on the road to recovery right! well just yesterday i flared up and i hurt... dietary changes
I have a question for people who have stated that they have been helping their RA with dietary changes. I have seen a lot of info stating that cutting out wheat is helpful, does anyone know what is the protein in the wheat that is suspected?
