doctor visit thursday

well I had to go to get x-rays on thursday and to my dissmay I was told I have also been diagnosed with emphazima now Im 54 years old I work full time and yes unfortunetly Im a smoker I dont enjoy it but I cant seem to quit my doctor told me if my oxegen level doesnt change in 6 weeks Im on oxegen for the rest of my life he perscibed me 3 new meds... Read moreChevron

Alternative Treatment

I know I have read several posts on here where others are trying other things besides the darn harsh medications they want to prescibe to SLOW ra down. But right now for me the side effects to those medications are worse then the disease. I am now looking into alternative ways to fight RA and treat the simptoms? How do you communicate your pain w/o complaining?

My hubby and I are trying to talk about limits and capabilities.  As you know, they change!   I don't wanna be a complainer!
