Alternative Treatment

I know I have read several posts on here where others are trying other things besides the darn harsh medications they want to prescibe to SLOW ra down. But right now for me the side effects to those medications are worse then the disease. I am now looking into alternative ways to fight RA and treat the simptoms? SIDE EFFECTS OF RA MEDS

I checked for local support and there are none where I live. I think I might need to share the way I feel to improve my self outlook of things. I have been living with RA for 2 years. Need Remission Reality Check

I've heard that us RA patients can have remissions but after 4 years with it, I haven't had one. 1st year did the steroids as needed, then went on to Methotrexate, then onto Humira for the last 2-3.
