dietary changes

I have a question for people who have stated that they have been helping their RA with dietary changes.  I have seen a lot of info stating that cutting out wheat is helpful, does anyone know what is the protein in the wheat that is suspected? Enbrel a real miracle drug for 10 + yrs but last 30 days have been the worse.

Fired By My Rheumie!

I have been "let go" by my Rheumatologist. This is very new to me. I've never been "fired" by a doctor before! It's also frustrating as all get out! I was diagnosed with RA on 4/24/09.
