Snap, crackle, POP!

Hi,   Yet another question.   If you're having more cracking and popping, does that mean the RA is getting worse?   I know that the popping is caused by air bubbles in the synovial fluid. Do more air bubbles mean that the RA is progressing?   Thanks, Ish

I learned a lesson

Hi,       I have several implants in my joints (mainly in my fingers) from RA. I have a broken implant in my left index mcp joint. PAIN IDEAS

Some Things I do to help with my chronic Pain is to: 1. use a parrifen wax machine on my sore hands, elbows.  2. take a hot hot shower(sit on a shower chair) or take a bath if u can still get in and out.  3.  a heating pad or blanket..  4. drink a cup off earl grey tea..  Sometimes those help me feel a little bit better, I... Read moreChevron
