I've been kicked to the curb, but I'm getting back up now.

Is it worth it?

I'm currently having a flare due to stress. Aches and fatigue. Yet here I am at work because I have to be ... why? Well aside from the obvious things like paying rent and groceries? Serial Anti-TNFs questions and an explaination of why serial anti-TNFs makes sense
