I am a mother of three three and six year old, a wife, an operations manager and oh yea I have RA. Everyday it seems to throw me a different curveball but just try to take it day by day. It's difficult not to let it define me when some days it consumes me.

He has just been dx'd with RA and we are waiting to see a specialist which I understand may take months to get in to see RA specialist. In the meantime, I would like to be able to interact with other RA patients to get a feel of what to expect.

I just read the post on the dr. saying pain meds are a cover up! And I understand her frustration. Ive been diagnosed for 2 years.My Dr. gives me a very small amount of pain meds and not strong enough for the lightest pain days,so on the bad days,I suffer!
