Diet and Exercise

At a Glance

Is exercising with RA safe?  Will it be painful?  Will it worsen the condition of the joints?  How should stiffness and fatigue be addressed?  An RA patient needs to keep these factors, among many others, in mind while exercising.  That said, diet and exercise are vital to maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle, a factor which can help control symptoms and progression of the disease.
