Fibromyalgia is an increasingly common chronic condition that causes severe pain in body tissues that support and move the bones and joints.  About 5 million Americans suffer from fibromyalgia, though it is very difficult to diagnose.  People suffering from RA are at an increased risk of developing fibromyalgia.
