NSAID Medications

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) help treat pain an inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis. They do not stop the progression of the disease or joint damage, which is why a DMARD, such as methotrexate or a biologic, is typically used in combination.
