Need to know about the RA Factor blood test. Normal is 0-20 and I scored a 72. Is this super-high?

treating RA and ank spond.
I have been living with R A since i was 18, I also have anklosing spondulitis. For the last year i have been on a programme of methotrexate and remicade. I have degenerative arthritis in my right arm. I don't know anyone else who has this particular type of arthritis. I was diagnosed at the age of 20, about 22 years ago. I would like some feed back on this. I would also like some feed back on coping with chronic pain.
