ANYONE BEEN THROUGH THIS?

A little over two years ago my right knee stated to swell to the point where I could no longer walk on it. I have a very physical job, so I figured I injured it somehow. Trigger Point Muscle Pain

Does anyone out there experience trigger point muscle pain? Around my hips, thighs and lower back I have areas that are so sore to just push against.
