THE Pain!!

I have really been in pain since Christmas , the pain med i am taking helps some but when i wake up the next day i'm almost in tears trying to get out of bed, I am taking care of an 8yr.old nephew and i really enjoy doing this but these days i can't enjoy anything , my toes, foot, hands and ankle hurts My ankles hurts... new to RA

I was recently diagnosed with RA. My Rheumatologist started me on Plaquenil, which is making me feel very nauseas. I was wondering if any one had some good advice or tips that would help. My problem areas are hands, neck and hip area. Any excercises or therapy that might be beneficial. I go back to the doctor next month.
