I have been having pain in my left hip since July 4yh . It started like a cramp that never cleared up. I use a heating pad nightly and take 800mg Ibuprofen it eases off but not enough. I dont have the symptoms lifted under RA. What else can it be?

Hi - did you never get an answer to this?  There are different kinds of arthritis, and it could easily be osteoarthritis, or some other kind.  Have you seen a doctor since your question was posted?  How are you doing?
