Q: What to do about elbow nodules

I have very bad nodules on my elbows beside having them remove I wonder if anyone know anything about them. I fell and scraped one and got staph infection last month. It semmed healed until a few days ago aand not it flared up again. I would like to have them remove but everyone says they come back I wonder if it is worth it.

Probably not worth it as the nodules will keep returning and if you are so prone to infections, you may get an even worse one from surgery.

Hi Debi. I also have nodules on my right elbow. I recently had a very large one  (been there for yrs.) removed . I now have a long scar, but I did ok. Like it is said, "there is always a chance that they will return." I will take that chance. Mine was large, and very painful. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
