I CAN"T SEEM TO GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP,I HAVE TRIED OIVER THE COUNTER AND ALSO PRESCRIPTION SLEEP AIDS AND NO LUCK
I get my insomnia from menopause, haven't noticed it any worsr since the RA.
