I'd never heard of this supplement, so I looked it up (you can read more about it here). it does seem to contain certain ingredients which I've seen mentioned in connection to inflammation before, but that doesn't mean that it works. Although some supplements have been proven to have a beneficial effect on rheumatoid arthritis (e.g. vitamin D), I tend to take such claims with a grain of salt. If your daughter has a persistent problem with a sore knee, I would recommend that she sees a doctor, just to be sure.
