Unfortunately I cannot tell you what stage you are in without knowing your medical history, having all your blood tests, and taking xrays.  What I can tell you is that you have a high positive rheumatoid factor similar to what I had at the time of my diagnosis.  Advil should be fine for you even if you are planning to get pregnant, but you will want to talk to your doctor about continuing that after you do get pregnant.  If you aren't seeing a rheumatologist, or even if you are, you need to talk to all of your doctors about your desire to get pregnant as that will really affect your course of treatment.  There are many medications for rheumatoid arthritis that are dangerous to take during pregnancy so you really should let your doctor know.  Talking to your rheumatologist about your plans should allow you and him/her to make a plan for the future in regards to your treatment.  He/she will be able to voice his concerns while taking into consideration what stage in this disease he believes you are currently at.  Good luck and best wishes!
