I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I understand your concerns.  I have read, however, that you can have a normal pregnancy, even a normal vaginal pregnancy with hip replacements.  As far as the rheumatoid arthritis is concerned, talk to your rheumatologist about this.  Be open and honest and make sure you express your concerns and fears.  Your rheumatologist knows your situation and should be able to have a pregnancy plan.  I have found some helpful information on this recently and think it may be helpful:

Good luck and best wishes.  Please know we are all here for support!
