Does anyone know of a health insurance plan that accepts RA

My best friend has RA. She had to quit her job about a year ago and her cobra insurance is running out. Her husband is self employed and can not get into group insurance. She is not having any luck finding an insurance company that will pick her up with her RA. Does anyone have any...
