the only thing that I've experienced is if I take pred at night I have hard time sleeping, it tends to give me an energy boost .  I take it first thing in the morning so its not a problem.

I can't say that I have Pegasus.  But I did experience sleep disruption when I was off the meds and my arthritis was running rampant. Then I was waking up every 30 minutes. I was in bad shape - swollen all over and had developed collitis as well. It was pretty horrible.  But, fortunately for me I got on Humira and Methotrexate and within a few days started to feel better. Within a few weeks the sleep problem and the collitis went away.  I stay on the meds these days and have no sleep problems.

Dont know if it is from the meds or something different.I wake at all different hours. I fall asleep all during the day while talking to  people mid stream conversation and then start talking about something not even related to the previous conversation that was going on before I went into a sleep feeling. I jump so hard to wake up from this it even scares me. I smoke and I worry about going to sleep with a cigarette in my hand which I have done (yes I know how bad this is for my RA and I have cut back to about 1/2 pk a day). This all started when I started on the Humira and metho. When I was on Enbrel I only had the side effect of the sore throat, raspy voice all the time. Do you guys think it is the humira? Or something else?

I have had it 27 years and had to find the right time to take my meds. But I did take sleeping pills for a while. Now they put me on cymbolta to relax me at night and it has worked great.
