In response to:

Hi I have had RA for 26 years. I got it when I was 26. In 2000 I started on clinic trails which is working but if I have a bad flare up the doctor has me do a 5-10 day prednisone treatment. I keep prednisone on hand for this reason. I was on prdnisone for 20 years and have been off of it for 6 years. A small treatment like that is really no harm done.
